You can enter as much or as little information as you like. If you are just entering a short event like "Senior Parent meeting 7:00 p.m. – North Gym", then just fill in Short Description, Date, Time, Location and skip Event Details. If you have long details, then I will probably put the details in a separate web page.

The AHS PTA Calendar is meant to inform Parents of the many activities sponsored by the High School.

This is a moderated process, and will take a day or 2 to get approved and added to the official PTA calendar. Once approved, it will be included on the AHSPTA website http://ahspta.com and will be included in the weekly emails to the PTA parents.

Note: The website includes all approved events. The weekly email only contains upcoming events and the long term events that parents need to know about ahead of time. For example people don't need to know there will be a PTA meeting in 5 weeks, but they do need to know about a School Holiday or a SAT test months in advance.
